After being sick for the last week , I’m finally back at whipping some things up. This morning I made some blueberry scones for breakfast. This recipe is so delicious, and always comes out perfectly. Making any dough from scratch can be intimidating at times, but this one always seems to come together for me. I like to use other fruits in this recipe too. You can sub in cranberry, orange, etc. Next time I want to make a savory kind (probably with ham and cheese 🙂 ). The Steelers may have disappointed today, but these scones sure didn’t.
